I went it spent almost an hour and then they tell me I can't donate bc I was rude to the manager the day before over paperwork what a crock of shit
The staff is friendly and very helpful. They talk you through the process.
Great as usual not anything wrong, the staff is always so nice and polite
I almost always have a pleasant experience here and if I don't than it's not anything that they did. I've been coming here on and off for about 4 years and really don't have any complaints. I've actually became pretty friendly with some of the staff and that definitely helps!
Staff is very friendly. I was a nervous wreck and the nurses kept talkin to me help keep me calm relaxed.. recommend this place for anyone who can donate
