this place is beyond a joke. Worst ever and all they care about is themselves. SE of them are actually great including some management but some are grimy AF and need to be fired

Knoxville Plasma is NOT LBGTQ FRIENDLY! I dropped my brother off at Knoxville Plasma in Tennessee today and when I picked him up 4 HOURS LATER WITHOUT HAVING PLASMA DONATED I was disgusted at the bigotry that occurred here. Upon the formal assessment after paperwork was filled out and given to the front desk operator, my brother asked upfront and clearly if any of the medications he had indicated on the paperwork would be an issue for donating plasma. Awesome staff & clean facility
I have worked for this company for almost 4 years now, just recently left. I have nothing but good things to say about former co workers, training coordinator’s, nurse’s staff, and management. Amazing customer service and excellent phlebotomists!!! I know that everyone who works at this facility takes their job seriously, and has pride in what they do! I highly recommend donating plasma with knoxville plasma!

steer clear of this place. vey much non hygienic conditions. And the personell are horrible. they will tell you how much they hate thier job. And maybe have 2 people who know how to find a vien. I drove all the way there to have my pulse be one point over. three other men were in the same boat. all the same number on pulse. we all sat for 15 min. And...yep we all four had the same identical pulse rate. crazy coincidence huh. I took my pulse the old fashion way on my 2nd attempt and theirs was off by 10. I informed the nurse ... read more
