Booked an appointment and was seen 20 minutes late. Why bother booking. I have arrived home, popped my glasses on to see my nails are uneven, shapes are all different!!! I now need to tidy them up myself. Awful will not return. Just wished I had read reviews before booking.

Don't bother. I called to book an appointment but when I arrived I was completely ignored and it became very clear that they had prioritised walk-ins. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting without any engagement or check in from any people working there, I left. As I was leaving, one of the staff asked if i wanted to come back later! Writing on behalf of my partner - A rude, discriminatory and horrible experience. The review is paraphrased otherwise it would take an age to write. My wife has used the establishment on multiple occasions but the level of service has declined drastically once it’s apparent you are a repeat customer.
