I requested an appointment online last night, received a call from the surgery at 8am this morning and saw Mr Khan at 3:30 today. Apart from the speed, the professionalism and kindness within the practice is superb. Thank you all
Very poor service now , this on line book a appointment form is absolutely ridiculous, far to many questions to answer for just a follow up appointment- hate it

Very professional surgery. Lovely Staff on all levels. My only criticism is the new booking appointments system on line. I hate it
I do agree with other reviews on reception, you have to get your hard hat and steel boots on. Switch off all feelings. Just today I tried to explain need for increase in med mg and process, receptionist zero smile became combative, defensive then backchat on just a process for palliative patient. I’ve long considered how bad things will get and how I will manage this and feel dread and fear. I have battled our local hospital to have my mum discharged after 6 weeks, freeing up a much needed bed or even nursing home was forced... read more
