Great customer service
I went there the other day for the first time as I needed to get a piece of jewellery checked to see if it’s pure. They gave me the best service and were so attentive and welcoming. It actually made my day even though I wasn’t there for even 10 minutes. I definitely know where to go again for jewellery.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I was helped by April, who took some links off of a bracelet of mine absolutely free of charge which was very kind of her. Will definitely be back
Beautiful little jewellery shop situated in the beautiful area of Stratford. Was an absolute pleasure it was not only to do a bit of business with them selling my Rolex watch but to meet Steve and his staff. What a lovely guy he is, very welcoming and chatty, really enjoyed my experience, thanks Steve See you again one day in the near future mate
