I loved my kitchen when it was installed great service and communication until I found a fault it it . I emailed to let them know and waited re emailed , got a phone call to say they would fix it and waited for a call or email on when this would be done , sore them at the home and garden show , got a so sorry we will sort for you and again waitef,rung them back again before Xmas to remind them and you guessed it a year from first email later still not fixed , this was done by there builder when installed and tried to hide it... read more

It was a tough decision deciding what kitchen renovation place to go with after getting numerous quotes but am SO DELIGHTED with the decision to go with Kitchen Studio. They were professional, had fantastic ideas and software that brought the kitchen to life and gave me all the detail I needed (down to the mm of what space I had in every cupboard and corner so I could make decisions). We had a kitchen completed back in 2021 by Kitchen Studio. I would not recommend them. The product is generally fine, but our process was very poor. We chose to go with a company like KS so that the project management side of things was sorted but ended up doing a heap of this anyway. I had to point out glaring scheduling errors on their schedule and sub contractors organised through KS were often not fully informed of what was needed reflecting what I felt was poor communication all round once the contract was signed.
