Had our kitchen done by kitchen studio this year and very disappointed, not so much in the finished kitchen but in the service during installation. The self employed tradesmen that KS used were excellent and comunicated with us well and their workmanship was very good. KS on the other hand was all over us in the beginning but then a lack of communication and organisational skills let them down badly. We would highly recommend Kitchen Studio in Palmerston North. Ryan and Maria went above and beyond to help us with a kitchen reno which we were coordinating from Auckland. The installation date was even brought forward so we could work in with everyone and they also repaired an item not on the quote at no extra cost. The kitchen is now looking amazing and we were very impressed with your prompt service and thoughtfulness. Thank you Ryan and Maria, you made the reno so much easier and it was greatly appreciated.
