Problem with double glazing but have been given the run around by Kirkwood homes and Stevenswood. KH sales said 2 years, customer service say 5 years then pass buck to Stevenswood. They say five years but can produce no proof. Then they say changed to 10 but go back to KH. Both companies have incompetent customer service. Ask yourself do you want to deal with companies that cannot give proof of warranties. Bet they don’t say this when trying to get sale. Double glazing should not fail after 6 years. Buyers beware !!!.
