Phillips Blair failed to help me in my situation he acted like he was always against me and didn't do much to defend me on April 16 2020 he decided to drop me as a client said he wanted no part of my case anymore if you have a child custody issue or cps problem I wouldn't recommend this attorney at all.
The person was nice but no help
