Wonderful experience here. Better than my last PTs. Easy to work with them and very helpful interface for home exercises. I had the best progress I have ever had.
I started coming here a couple years ago for a frozen shoulder, and since then have regained pain-free mobility. It is a fantastic place for physical therapy and continued wellness via massage therapy & follow-on activities such as seasonal yoga and gentle aerobics with light weights. Bryce is awesome as a massage therapist and class instructor!
Was referred here from my doctor's office and they have been amazing! Came in with frozen shoulder and they worked with me, and incorporating equipment I already owned, into my treatment plan. Over the past six months I have gone from not being able to lift my arm to lifting weights. I could not be more grateful.
Unbelievable. They require pre-authorization from insurance even though the insurance clearly states that no pre-authorization for outpatient PT is needed or required in a presence of PT prescription from a referring physician. Moreover, they place a burden of obtaining such absolutely not needed pre-authorization on a patient.
Lousy Customer Service. Left three messages and finally called in again today only to find no appointments available for 4 weeks. Customer service is everything and as far as I am concerned they failed miserably. Returning calls is essential and respectful to potential clients. Good luck - really disappointed.
