We stayed in the hotel whilst visiting a family member who was in hospital. The room was very clean and cosey and the staff were exceptional! They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us and solve any problems we had, including posting our spare car keys to us after we left them behind. The hotel is close to the town centre without being too close and parking is no problem.
Had a great stay here. Staff very friendly and it makes a nice change from chain hotels. Very cleans and a good breakfast
Value for money. We had nice large room, freshly cooked breakfast to order, with varied options and the bar was open when we finished our night out. This night caps in our room.
I stayed this week for work Monday through to Friday. The staff, food and accommodation are fantastic. I'm already looking forward to coming back!
Can highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great spot, handy for the bus, right next to the theatre. Lovely building, rooms were clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was A1. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Hull.
