My family have been going to King’s Jewellers for decades and so when the time came for me to look at engagement rings, I knew I wanted to see John first! John and Julie have always been extremely friendly on our many visits. Their jewelry is beautiful and we’ve now purchased numerous pieces from them, including our gorgeous engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. We highly recommend them.
John made this stunning custom engagement ring for us. Both staff members were very patient with us and let us take our time in choosing a design for the ring. John clearly knows his craft and was very helpful in guiding us through the process of picking a custom made ring. He went out of his way and ordered different size and colour stones several times until we found the ones that were right. We are so happy with how the ring turned out and it feels extra special knowing it's a one of a kind ring that was specially made.
I came in today with a steel necklace. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed properly due to reasons beyond their control but the man tightened the link up to make it so a necklace that I really value might last a bit longer and then refused to take any of my money for doing me such a big favour. Massively appreciate it, seem like genuinely kind people - couldn't recommend enough
