I had such a great experience at Kings Jewellers. I brought in a necklace from ASOS and a Pandora charm that wouldn’t fit due to a thicker clasp link. Even though neither item was purchased from them, they kindly fixed it for me free of charge. Such amazing, friendly service — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others.
We first used Kings Goldsmiths in July 2023 when I was in need of engagement ring resizing. Another jeweller had quoted a 3-4 week wait for this but John had it done within a week, to a high quality and was so friendly we knew we would use him again when it came round to our wedding rings. I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from John King. He recently replaced the 1.2 carat diamond on my wife’s engagement ring, which had disappeared into the Aegean, and rebuilt the ring to perfection.
My family have been going to King’s Jewellers for decades and so when the time came for me to look at engagement rings, I knew I wanted to see John first! John was able to turn a very primitive idea into something breathtaking and so shortly after popping the question, my fiancée opted to use him again to make my own engagement ring - this time using a diamond from my late grandmothers eternity ring (a piece also made by John many years before!). John and Julie have always been extremely friendly on our many visits. Their jewelry is beautiful and we’ve now purchased numerous pieces from them, including our gorgeous engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. We highly recommend them.
