Stopped off for food/drink after a long drive. Food and staff were spot on. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area. Keep up the good work 👍👍

Big pub with lots of seating. Pool table and plenty of TVs for sport. The place does look a bit tired, we weren't sure it open when we walked past. Inside the chairs and seating had stains and damage. Barwise, there was 1 cask line which was off, and a handful of lagers and ciders. Friendly staff 3/5

Room was basic, bed not very comfortable, shower was dangerously slippy nearly slipped over. Evening food was not good my wife had the vegan burger and she said it was not very nice. Breakfast was not included in the price which was expensive for what it was.

The service was flawless, the location was great for me on my Coast to Coast, good pub atmosphere with pool and darts, they went out of their way for me when i turned up late on for a room and breakfast, i was the only one staying that evening too, my evening meal was so good, i have chicken satay and a big steak for main, beautiful!!
