Disappointed!! stayed the night for our 50th anniversary, room was on a very busy road hardly slept a wink , our meal was average at best I got the rib eye which was mostly fat , breakfast ok but they must have ran out of beans we got a teaspoon full at most , totally spoilt our anniversary night.
Booked this for an overnight stay while visiting friends. The staff checked to see if I needed a table in the restaurant. I was able to did check in slightly early. Room was lovely, clean and tidy, perfect size and a good temp. I did have a couple of good beers in the bar. Great breakfast.
Great lunch
Absolute abysmal service and good ordered fillet steak at 31 pound for medium can out blue Asked to be cooked a little longer came back well done do I spoke to the girl on the bar and asked if I could just get a burger instead as neither steak was up to par to be served raw burger and confronted. By the chef owner and threatened has he told me to leave
