One word. AMAZING! We recently had LVT installed in our lounge and hallway, followed by a stair runner and landing carpet. These additions have completely transformed our home. What truly distinguishes KingHall from others is their exceptional personal service. We bought a new carpet for our first floor landing from Kinghall. The service was immaculate throughout - from helping us to choose which carpet, to excellent fitting in a very complicated area, to removing the waste, to coming back immediately to fix a couple of problems (not their fault), to giving it a free stain-resistant spray afterwards. They were consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We now have a lovely soft warm carpet!
Whole experience was very easy, Leigh was patient as I couldn't decide on the colour bringing samples down to the property so I could see the colours in situ. Slick processes, fitted me in quickly early Jan and the quality of the fitting is very good.
What a lovely company Kinghall F.looring company are. I had my stair and landing carpet fitted by them, I couldn't be happier, I would really recommend them, from choosing the carpet to having it fitted. definetly 5 star treatment given.
