Absolutely fantastic gym. I recommend KB to others all the time. George has helped he get through injury and also helped me continue at the gym through pregnancy. Love the community vibe and how friendly everyone is. Best gym around, hands down 🙌🏻

George is an excellent Coach with a huge knowledge base. I have been able to make significant progress in all areas of my weightlifting and also more general s+c, despite health issues presenting many challenges! There’s never a problem too big to overcome for George. Thank you for everything!
