This is a fairly new exhibition with good information. It’s not extensive but there’s lots of information upstairs about the discovery of Richard III body. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
We were so looking forward to visiting the RIII Visitor Centre as we are both historians and wanted to see where the body of RIII was discovered, it did not disappoint. The impressive purpose built centre is next to and over the 'Car park' and displayed lots of artefacts, many historical notes and a glass covered floor over the actual site where his body was discovered. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Well worth the visit.
Fantastic place. Great value for money. Lots of information, interactive for children . Excellent volunteers who were very informative and enthusiastic.
What an absolutely brilliant museum! Really well laid out, great descriptions and graphics and very friendly staff. I would recommend anyone visiting Leicester to make time for this - in fact I would recommend coming to Leicester just for this.
