Great pub for a pint or two
Loads of beers inside and outside nice seating area with trees and a walkway through the grass
Quirky place, fully of character with some amazing little nooks and crannies and a nice garden out back. I popped in for an ale and ended up having two pints of Woodforde's Great Eastern because it was so tasty. They regularly rotate their ales and the barman was knowledgeable about the beers as well as being an entertaining guy to chat to. A class above The Crab and it's boring Greene King beers.
Little gem of a bar, with sunshine trap garden for the afternoon. Good selection of ales
