Kindhertscare have been very reliable and very helpful if we needed to change any of our carer call appointments. On the whole the carers have been very attentive and kind. I would be happy to recommend them.
My Nan and Grandad are happy with all the care staff that attend their home. They are helpful, friendly and respectful. A great service! The Birdie App is great for family to view.

All of the carers who come to see/help me have been kind, efficient and caring. I have been using the services of Kindhertscare carers for quite a while now - and I would not change to any other business. The Managers do their best to help me and change times and dates if needed.
My friends father has just passed away , I have never known such a caring care company , the manager went out of his way to pick her up from her home as she is not driving at present . He stayed with her at her father’s home until he felt she was okay to be left with me . Totally brilliant 🤩 Amanda Brown .
