Disclaimer: This rating relates to the customer service and not quality of nails/lashes. I have always been told if you don’t have anything nice to say then keep quiet however my experience today hurt to my core and I think it’s important people are aware. I have never been made to feel less of a human as I have been made to feel today by the owner of this establishment. I got my nails done today by a lovely young man called Kay. He ensured my nails looked fabulous. He's super gentle and quick! Excellent customer service, I'll be coming all the time now! Thanks Kay!
