Absolutely awful visit today, staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, to be fair to Kim she has always been very good with my daughter but my experience was so bad today I left without having my nails done and I’ll never go back ,

My experience at Kims nail bar was subpar! I asked for and what I got were totally different! The staff were nice but the nails I got were the opposite. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I paid £37 for the nails I got and for some that may not be a lot of money but its a lot to me. Not worth it if I'm honest
The work is good, but the woman who works there is very ignorant. Very rude.
