I called to make my kids appointments while i was off work. Then i get a automated reminder that my kids appointments are 10:40 and 11:00. When i made appointments for 1:40 and 2 pm. Now there is no available appointments for this week and I'm unable to take my kids! This is crazy always a issue with kimbrough especially with the appointment line!!!!
I've always had great, attentive, caring doctors. The clinic receptionists, on the other hand, always act like they would rather be somewhere else and that waiting on you is cutting into their internet time. Finally, the pharmacy is horrible. When came to Ft. Meade in 1995, I could call in a prescription refill in the afternoon and pick it up the next morning. Then the wait time went to two days. NOW IT IS THREE DAYS! My family's doctors are great as well as the staff for the most part,however both pharmacy's need better manors. Rather it be in person or calling for information, they are sure to be rude and show how much of an inconvenience you are to them.
I was in the pharmacy on April 3, 2015 waiting with my friend for her medications, and the tv was on the Bounce channel. There was a couple making out on the screen as well as a man doing Cocaine on the screen. I thought the tv's are supposed to be on CNN or some type of health channel. There were children in the pharmacy also. So unprofessional....
