They should be shut down. I asked for my medical records and they gave me someone else's medical records. I tried to get a referral to get seen at Walter reed and the 1 doc there said no call back in a few days to see if an appointment will open up! Seriously...someone needs to fix these issues.
"...that bastard." Apparently, the person scheduling my appointment didn't realize she hadn't hung up the phone before she said that. Unfortunately, that level of unprofessionalism is par for the course at Kimbrough.
My husband had surgery yesterday and the staff was amazing !!!! They kept me updated throughout the five hours . I couldn't have asked for a better experience for me or my husband !! Keep up the good work
