RecommendedI recently had prescriptions filled at the Center and I would like thank all the men and women providing services to those who must have it.
I’m a pt and staff member of KACC since 2001 and I am pleased with both. My PCM and nurses are the best.
Rude staff and uncaring doctors.
Short of "relay health" being a good system managed by uncaring employees coupled with the fact that my wife was almost a victim of a sentinel event; followed by comments that people are now calling the clinic "killabro" instead of kimbrough raises a concerned eyebrow for JCHAO evaluators to look at.
I would like to Praise/Thank the G.I. Team and Dr. Lee! Yesterday I had a colonoscopy at Kimbrough and it went perfectly. From the beginning with all of the prep information, the actual procedure, and the follow-up phone call today to see how I was doing was exceptional! Thank You again for taking such good care of me and my health.
I have always had good experiences at Kimbrough. Patients must understand that it is military health care, staffing will change, systems will change. But still outstanding health care.
Definitely cant recommend. was treated extremely rudely almost every time I visited. Nurse would state that she couldnt help me unless I do certain things that literally arent available to me. Never put in my referrals for treatment so I was unable to get much needed help. when I get outside advice and ask if it's an option get downplayed like I'm dumb. They arent aware of the forms needed for all the branches so even though tneh give something good for one branch, it won't reach the requirement for all the branches.
Doctors and Staff are excellent. The care is professional and caring. The Pharmacy is also top notch. Other services provided are equally good. There is a pain management clinic that is outstanding.
