Horrible medical facility. Doctors contradict information they hand to you and then claim they never even read the stuff, the nurses just print it out. Appointments mismanaged. Doctors preforming procedures that other doctors claim are decades outdated and should absolutely not be done. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and enroll in the family care health plan so you can go to a civilian doctor and get proper treatment for you and your children.

My experience as anactive duty Marine has been terrible. The staff treats you badly, their automated service is tribble, and they just want to give you pills and get you off their back. I'm so damn sick and they've done nothing to really fix me up.
The pharmacy computer system is terrible. The bigger problem is that they have no backup for when the system goes down. I was told that some times it goes down for hours or even days and they have no paper backup. This is not acceptable. The hours need to be extended. People work and cannot pick up scripts during these hours.
