Normally, my whole family gets excellent care from Kimbrough. However, the last two times I've tried to call after hours, the Nurse Advice Line was also closed, and I ended up being transferred to HealthNet directly. I was able to get referrals from them to go to Urgent Care for my son, but they both yelled at me for contacting them directly. They told me the after hours number was the appointment line. I am blessed to have the world's best doctor, IMO, Dr. Patricia Ayres. She has a great staff helping her & the patients, & the other doctors are wonderful...Dr. Davis has been very kind & helpful when I have needed help & Dr. Ayers hasn't been there. THEY LISTEN TO YOU.
