It's medical. Sometimes awesome, sometimes not. Pretty efficient for the kids though.
I was blessed with an professional and excellent staff who was courteous and helpful with the service they gave us.
I'm sorry I didn't write down all the amazing people who took care of my daughter yesterday 8/30/17. Dr Christine Kolb ENT performed surgery on my daughter Mallory to remove her tonsils. Our experience from the first appointment, pre op, surgery, to recovery went great (except her having to have her tonsils removed at 22 yrs old no fault of the hospital or staff).
