Kimberly was great to work with and made selling our home as hassle-free as we could’ve hoped. Kimberly is great at selling places, but beware if you are buying with her. I made a serious mistake, and maybe I was naive to think this could work, but I used her to buy the house she was selling. Now I know better. Tough/expensive lesson to learn. I guess it takes a truly honest person to be able to do both, or to recues themselves from the transaction.
