Absolutely awful customer service and overall disappointing experience. My boyfriend purchased an engagement ring from this jeweller back in July, knowing my ring size was I — something he made clear at the time of purchase and even had it confirmed on the receipt that the ring was to be resized to an I before collection. I visited this jewellers last year to get a diamond engagement ring valued. They had the ring for several days and they couldn’t give me a valuation. Today I got the ring and paperwork out to sell before Christmas and noticed some of the documents were missing. When contacting the jewellers they didn’t care and nothing they could do. I’m not sure how they could loose such an important document.

Mandy and her team go above and beyond and have for me on numerous occasions. Firstly for an engagement ring for a friend that was fast tracked through the workshop and made in only 48 hours. And again they made a tanzanite ring for myself that is just stunning. Incredible craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
