Purchased an engagement ring for my fiance from Kilburns. From start to finish the customer service was second to none. The staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming and made making a custom ring with no knowledge on my end a breeze. The end product was better than anything I could have imagined and my fiance is absolutely thrilled with her ring. Could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely awful customer service and overall disappointing experience. My boyfriend purchased an engagement ring from this jeweller back in July, knowing my ring size was I — something he made clear at the time of purchase and even had it confirmed on the receipt that the ring was to be resized to an I before collection. I visited this jewellers last year to get a diamond engagement ring valued. They had the ring for several days and they couldn’t give me a valuation. Today I got the ring and paperwork out to sell before Christmas and noticed some of the documents were missing. When contacting the jewellers they didn’t care and nothing they could do. I’m not sure how they could loose such an important document.

Great jewellers. Fixed an expensive ring to look better than ever. It was brilliant and an excellent price. Would recommend to anyone.
