Just had the most fantastic shopping experience with the team at Kiki. I wasn't able to visit the shop myself but the staff were so helpful talking me through and then emailing me pictures of the different size hoop earrings so I could choose exactly the size I wanted. Arrived yesterday beautifully packaged and exactly as I had imagined. I am delighted. One very happy customer. Thank you so much the Kiki team

What a wonderful experience I had with my daughter and husband picking my beautiful necklace. We received such a beautiful welcome. It was so hard to choose as everything was so beautiful.

Exquisite products, but what is amazing is the customer service. Every time I have a question or need a picture to help on a choice they respond with the utmost loveliness and with all you need. I love Kiki. Just got the most stunning pearls for my birthday, thanks to Harriet for the help choosing, they are absolutely gorgeous!!

Kiki's designs are absolutely gorgeous but, not only that, the service you receive from her staff - both in the shop and behind the scenes - is first class too. Personal service is a vanishing thing in these days of AI and chatbots, but I had a glitch with an online order (my mistake) and it was attended to with speed and charm. (Thank you Harriet.) I look forward to future sparkly Kiki treats.
