Incredibly friendly and patient. Pleasant experience for both parents and kids.

Visited on 4/6/18. The staff that treated my daughter were fast and able to diagnose her quickly. The only problem was the front desk was a bit rude and while trying to talk to us she was stuffing her mouth with popcorn. So I do think they need someone better since she is the first person that greets us which she did not. Other than that everyone else was super helpful and nice!

I am so thankful to have this clinic in Pelham. I took my son in and they advised us to take him to ER. Refunded the copay...super nice.

Everyone was friendly and the wait time wasn’t long at all, however we were told my sons ankle was not broken, I trusted my mommy instinct and took him to an orthopedic on Monday because he couldn’t walk on it without screaming and it was turning purple and still swollen and it actually was broken and he had bruised ligaments , he’s in a cast. We will not be returning. I’m disappointed.

We visited tonight and I cannot say enough good things about this place! Super super clean, wait time was less than 30 minutes, nurses were friendly and personable, the NP that saw us was very kind and knowledgeable. She listened when I told her I wasn’t just there for a prescription, but rather a diagnosis. We ended up needing a breathing treatment for my son, as well as antibiotics and we were out of there with all of that in less than 2 hours! Oh, and complimentary coffee, tea, water and apple juice in the waiting room? #... read more

They were busy today so there was a wait but the staff is so friendly and seem to really care about the kiddos. We will definitely go back. We are thankful to have them close to home.
