KidsStreet is Alabama’s first urgent care dedicated to KIDS! We’re open late, 7 days a week available to care for all the sniffles, bumps and bruises. We handle all of life’s little emergencies without making a trip to the ER or spending hours on the phone with a nurse’s hotline. There’s no referral necessary! We accept all major insurances and Medicaid!

We have always had great experiences here however tonight was not the case. Why would you not even see a sick kid? I didn’t need or want him tested for COVID. I think he has strep throat he gets it twice a year. I selected the illness option on the online registration form. If I don’t want him tested for COVID why couldn’t he be seen? I waited an hour to be told that he wouldn’t be seen. Very unhappy!
Terrible business practice to turn away a sick baby due to Covid quotas when you haven’t even had a nurse so much as take a temperature. She had a likely ear infection but now my baby will suffer all night by instead. Thanks KidsStreet! 😡

This place is a waste of time! Waited on our turn to be told he can’t be seen to get a STREP TEST because they are out of COVID spots. That’s ridiculous! Never waste your time here!!!!!!!!
I have nothing, but nice things to say here! It started with Mr. Randy up front! I know things are crazy right now with all the test they are doing and all the crazy amounts of people they are seeing. Randy created us with “smiling eyes”! He listened to my 5 year olds ramblings and not once acted frustrated that she was keeping him from his busy day! The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were the same. Dirty, disgusting and the most rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. Came with my 2 year old that had swelling around her eye. No parking. Had to park at ALDI and walk over. Filled out paperwork and asked how long it would be to which they responded “don’t know.” After waiting 30 minutes they told me, there were 12 people in front of me. I asked where else I could take her, afraid it was an emergency and they stared and me and said “don’t know” AWFUL, AWFUL, take your children somewhere else!!!!!
