We have always had great experiences here however tonight was not the case. Why would you not even see a sick kid? I didn’t need or want him tested for COVID. I think he has strep throat he gets it twice a year. I selected the illness option on the online registration form. If I don’t want him tested for COVID why couldn’t he be seen? I waited an hour to be told that he wouldn’t be seen. Very unhappy!
I registered online for a Covid test and waited 2 hours only to find out that they were closed. They told me in the text to head to the clinic. Once I got there, they text and said they were almost ready for me. Then I got a text that said your appointment has been cancelled. Don’t waste your time ... go somewhere else!
Terrible business practice to turn away a sick baby due to Covid quotas when you haven’t even had a nurse so much as take a temperature. She had a likely ear infection but now my baby will suffer all night by instead. Thanks KidsStreet! 😡
The PA wouldn’t give me any medication. After 3 days on the over the counter medication, I now have puss coming out of my eye. When I called to get an antibiotic they told me to follow up with an OBGYN. I’ve never seen my OB for a cough and sinus infection. They treated me this way because of my new insurance through Medicaid. When I had other insurance, before he was laid off due to covid, I was always able to see an urgent care for matters such as these. It’s a shame that they won’t help me.
