We handle all of life’s little emergencies without making a trip to the ER or spending hours on the phone with a nurse’s hotline. There’s no referral necessary! We accept all major insurances and Medicaid!

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this place. The latest, today, was having waited an hour to see the doctor, then a PA comes in for 30 seconds and says we need to go to Children’s because there’s nothing they can do. This is because of a reason, if the staff was trained well, would’ve been mentioned an hour ago, and we would’ve gone then. They’ve done this multiple times. Wonderful place, kind & competent nurse and nurse practitioner. Friendly front office staff. Our daughter was very quickly diagnosed... When flu test was negative they did the strep test immediately and gave both results as soon as available. We were in and out in 1 hour, with the prescription already called in before we left and ready.
Wonderful experience with my sick 2 year old. The waiting room is stocked for parents and kids (cold juice and coffee!) The staff was very friendly (even it being a Sunday.) We were in the back for approximately 20 minutes. It was super fast! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their little one seen when their Pediatrician office is closed.
Exceptional visit today. It was both efficient and effective. The facility is clean and well run, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and our provider was personable and spent more than enough time walking me through my 3 year olds cold, as well as what to expect for the next several days.
Great experience! Took my 3 month old during his first cold. Received tests for RSV and FLU. Full exam, ear cleaning, advice. Doctor was great, nice, and she answered all my questions and concerns.
They will not call and verify that the insurance card is active. I have the right number but they refused to see my daughter. I will not take my child here again. Or recommend anyone else here. They get a big ZERO in my book.
Y'all, this place is amazing!!! The staff, the NP, the doctor, the facilities.... Awesome!!! From offering snacks and drinks in the lobby, to common meds available on site so you don't have to drag your kids (or yourself) to the drug store. Felt the doctor was thorough and compassionate. Would absolutely recommend.
