They make u wait 2hours so your child gets irritated from sitting and wants to play with everything that all the other sick kids have played with so if your child wasn't sick before they will be after that. They claim they don't have enough staff but obviously arnt in a rush to get some help. These people make you wait 2hours to only see you for 5-10 mins with a simple diagnosis that any body with any medical background could easily be able to do

RecommendedI have nothing but good things to say about KidsStreet in Pelham. We have used them on multiple occasions, different days and times and have always been treated with great care. We even had a very long wait one time (almost 3 hours) and I still would choose them over and over again. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and great with kids. RecommendedI took my baby there at 5pm on a Sunday bc i couldn’t get her to stop coughing and she wouldn’t eat! They were all so wonderful and nice! Gave her a breathing treatment right there and steroids in the office! I was so impressed bc i feel like most of the times with babies they just say good luck keep giving her fluids and Tylenol and send you on your way but not them! I would definitely go back on the weekends if i need to! Thank you for helping my Little one!!!

After the first, I attempted to reach out to management to discuss the issues I had during the visit but my phone call was never returned. The second visit, went just as bad as the first (if not worse) and after more phone calls not being returned, I have decided to leave this review.
