We took our 10 month old daughter in on a Sunday and were greeted with a smile. Everyone was so nice from start to finish and the facility is incredibly clean. We were in and out in hour. Highly recommend when you can’t go to your normal ped and don’t need to go to the ER.

I took my 7 month old on a Saturday night at 8:00 when the only other option was the ER. I didn’t think his symptoms were emergent but he need to be seen quickly. The place was clean, the staff and doctor were very friendly. I hope we don’t need to go back but if I do I will use them again. It’s awesome to have options other than than ED when the pediatrician’s office is closed and your little one is sick.

I will never take my child here again. Ever. I called in advance and was told there was barely a wait. 2 hours later, my child was seen and had 104 fever. They left us in the room for 10 more minutes, no offer of fever reducer until I asked, then tried to do a procedure on the wrong ear, and one that created a problem that wasn’t there. After I voiced my concern to there doctor, she was unapologetic. Terrible bedside manner, terrible care. Don’t waste your time, money, or risk your child’s health at this facility. The ER run... read more

The idea of the office is great. It's clean, and they have complimentary drinks. However, we were there 3 1/2 hours. It took the receptionist 1 hr just to enter my info and get me actually checked in. I understand they were busy and on a Holiday weekend, but an hr to get checked in is not ok. 2 people actually left before she even put their information into the computer. They staff were very kind and apologetic for the wait. But we will just wait for our Pediatrician next time.

It’s a great concept and the staff was so nice. But the wait was ridiculous; I waited almost 4 hrs. And the doctor blamed all his fever; runny nose; and hacking cough on allergies and the doctors seemed in a rush. As a mom I knew she was wrong; so I took him to his regular pediatrician. He diagnosed him different and gave him some meds that would help. I wasted my money, and time. But it’s a great concept and just needs some help.
