We showed up during business hours with the open sign lit. The doctor refused to see our child because there were too many people there. There was one other family in the waiting room! I'm thinking it was because it was 9:30. That was the second time this happened and we will never try them again. Change your hours if you don't want to see people after 9:00!

RecommendedWe went on Friday February 15. My kid was the only patient there at that time. It was an urgency, not emergency, so the treatment was accurate and fast. I’m glad I chose them instead going to ER.
This is the worst child care I have ever received. My daughter and I were here at 12:00 when the doors opened. We waited TWO HOURS to be called back. Once called back, the PA came in for 3 minutes and told me that my daughter was not sick and I just needed to give her allergy medicine and a shot of honey... my daughter is on day 3 of a fever, can’t catch her breathe and is coughing to the point of throwing up. RecommendedMy daughter woke up very sick today and, of course, every Urgent Care in our area had at least a 45 minute wait! Her primary doctor was booked for two weeks. Kids Street had us in and out in under 20 minutes. Friendly staff and the doctor was great with children. Such a lifesaver!
Over an hour wait at opening and no one was called back. Not a single patient on the kid side had been called back at 1:00pm when they opened at 12:00pm.
RecommendedYesterday was my second time using KidsStreet Urgent Care and the staff was super nice. I will definitely be using them again with my boys if it’s after our pediatrician is closed.
