My child had their first hair cut here and I was very underwhelmed. The staff knew it was their first cut but the whole appointment felt rushed, the hairdresser hardly spoke to me and even less to my child. The car they were sat in was completely covered in hairs before we even used it even though there was no one else in there and 3 members of staff. Not the lovely experience I thought it would be at all Arrived early but was then late because the parking is so bad

Booked the appointment twice through Booksy app and both instances the appointment was automatically cancelled stating staff illness, they don’t even have the courtesy to call and inform! Causes lot of inconvenience as appointment were booked two weeks in advance.

My son had his first hair cut today! His hair cut was done by Zoe. She kept talking to him the whole time and made us all feel comfortable. Thank you

Messed up my appointment and made me feel I had made a mistake eventhough I had spoken to someone to book the slot (I even recalled the conversation). Not very considerate of working parents at all!!!! They were unable to give me an appointment the same day for a mistake that they made. I will not be returning there again!

Excellent hair dresser only place will take my 3 year old girl to So caring make it a special experience.
