I have been training here for years and it's a fantastic gym. The classes are high energy, tough and well structured. All levels are welcome and the instructors are excellent. It really is the best place to learn martial arts and kickboxing with skill and focus. Chris stands out for how well he pushes people to their full potential while keeping it motivating. If you want real results in a supportive atmosphere, this is the gym for you. 10/10
Best club for training! A real gem!
Inside this building needs to be updated. But its not a bad little place to train. Chris the kickboxing teacher is very friendly and welcoming and straight to point in his training. Its a pay as you go which is really good as your not tied to anything.
