Zero stars if possible, the miserable lady at the bridal section can’t smile at all. Let’s not forget the man who is rude. They both need to be sent on a customer service course. They lost a hefty sale.
Horrible customer service. Bought a dress, went home and saw defects. Went back to the shop and they said we have a no returns policy should have checked the dress. Really rude and wouldn’t go back there again
Bought my wedding outfit from Khwaabs. Great customer service and really friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for their wedding outfits to come to Khwaabs
