Rail gives us very good service
If you paying by cash make sure u get the correct change before you leave the drive thru. Short changed and then when asked where the change was made out he didn’t understand. Stayed at the drive thru until I got my change - not good customer service at all.
I just want to acknowledge the amazing Fijian lady working at KFC. Her customer service is always outstanding. I’m a regular customer and every time I come in, she is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She always serves with a smile and makes the experience feel warm and genuine
