Shoutout to Des at KFC — she was literally holding it down by herself when I came in the drive-thru and you could tell it was hectic, but she still managed to pull through like a pro. Stayed calm, kept things moving, and still gave great service the whole time. Massive respect because not everyone could handle that pressure the way she did. Give that girl a raise
