I highly recommend Kevin Richey of ERA Brokers Consolidated. He was so patient and personable. He also was ALWAYS reachable, returning my phone calls or emails any time I had a question. While I had to sign the original offer in person, I was able to sign the rest of the contracts electronically, which I thought was incredibly convenient . I have worked with several Real Estate Professional over the years. I really like Kevin's ability to zero in on my style and needs. He knows the area and were to find a great home for an affordable price. He suggested new ideas that i did not think of. All of my request have been meet with timeliness and exactness. Kevin has been the best possible realtor for us. We hand picked him as our realtor for his responsiveness and good nature. Even after we bought our home, Kevin continues to be helpful and friendly. Whatever he doesn't know he finds out because he's committed. He is a wonderful advocate to have on any team while looking to buy. Strongly recommend!!!

My experience with Kevin has been very positive! We are currently renting but searching out possible options to buy a home. He has been very helpful with sending us listings that meet our specific ideas. I highly recommend him as he is not pushy and will be patient with your real estate needs!

We really enjoyed working Kevin. He was more than helpful. He kept in constant contact with us and gave us at least a weekly update of homes that were available in our target area and in our price range. You cannot go wrong with Kevin.

Kevin was very helpful with our first home purchase. He was a great person to work with. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to be helpful and available. When he didn't have the answers he found them out quickly. He really worked hard in our behalf.

Kevin is a very honest, hardworking realtor. I know that he is on my side and looking out for me. He is very professional and easy to work with. As soon as we asked for lots and prices he sent us lots of options and was willing to meet us anytime. We weren't able to follow through with the purchase at the time but Kevin was very understanding and we will use him again in the future.
