What a pleasure it has been to work with Kevin Richie in purchasing my new home in Hurricane Utah. Why do I appreciate Kevin – stellar customer service, infinite patience, easy to work with, clear and timely communication, an unassuming gentleman focused on the customer’s needs. It was so easy and fun to work with him. When it comes time to sell my home Kevin Richie will be my agent!

Kevin is great at communicating with his clients and providing them information that is accurate and useful so they can make correct decisions. He worked with his buyers for several months. Their initial home purchase fell through and he was able quickly find them another home that proved to be a much better situation for them.

Kevin was a tremendous help in completing a difficult purchase of my first home. He took the time to visit with me and find out what I wanted and needed in order to find the perfect property for me. He was very thorough helping me understand and feel comfortable with the entire process. Whenever I had a question, he usually had the answer, but if it he didn't, he found the answer for me and got back to me right away. If I happened to call when he was in a meeting or with another client, he returned my call right away. I neve... read more

We were very fortunate to stumble upon Kevin to help with our home purchase. The agent that was supposed to be at the desk when we walked into the office was no where to be found. When the receptionist looked around for someone to answer our questions, there was Kevin, working hard as usual. I have had multiple real estate deals in five different states, and Kevin is by far the best agent I have had the pleasure of working with. He was especially helpful in assisting my 83 year old mother with her first house purchase when ... read more
