Kevin is an amazing person, to start with. His ability and knowledge of his job is extraordinary! The best parts about Kevin, are his witty, charming and fun personality. Kevin is very knowledgeable with St. George and the surrounding areas. He is responsive, reliable, and a pleasant sales proffesional to have represent you. We did not really utilize his negotiation skills as we knew what we wanted, what we were willing to pay. He found the best area which did meet most of our "wishlist". Thank you Kevin

We had been working with a couple of realtors while we were trying to sell our home and business in another area. Kevin was the one that we decided to use to find our new home because he was very knowledgeable, he always called us back as soon as possible, he knows the area and he is very up to date with current real estate laws. He always makes you feel that he is glad to help and glad to answer any questions. We would use him again if we ever needed a real estate agent again.
