The sessions are booked in advance and are always well attended. The staff are very knowledgeable; all exercises tailored to the individual based on their abilities and any medical conditions, changed regularly with trainers always in attendance.
Well, that's a big lie. Not anyone. We wanted to try it with my 10-year-old daughter. When we first inquired, the lady said that she would ask the manager about the age and call me back. Of course she didn't call. So I went there personally to ask on Tuesday of last week. Then there was another lady who was nice and booked us in today to try it out. It would have been possible. I really enjoy the personal exercise designed to help me getting back into shape, the staff are helpful and supportive and the tables are great if you have issues with your back or joints
