One week after my husband proposed and gave me my gorgeous ring, one of the stones fell out. I was devastated and crushed. I went back to the store and the saleswoman was so sympathetic. She said that should not have happened and that they would replace the stone. When I picked the ring up, I was told that the setting was not as strong as it should be and the jeweler was making a new one.
