Great customer service! Fixed my ring in less than a week and got it back just as sparkle as the day I got it. Definitely recommend!

I'm highly upset. I order my wedding band and they told me it's going to take 4-6 weeks. Well after about 5 weeks my fiancé called to see what the progress was. The lady couldn't give us any information at all. So we called back after 6 weeks, still couldn't give us any update about where my ring is. So now finally they called at the end of 7 weeks called saying it's going to take about 2 1/2 more weeks, making it an overall total of 9 weeks. My boyfriend recently proposed and got my ring from Kesslers. I LOVE me ring and most of all the service we got from Pete at the Grandville store. He was great when working with my fiance and when I went in to show him the ring, he made sure it fit, discussed the warranty, and had a lovely surprise gift. He has reminders for us for our bands and the week before the wedding ready. Thank you Pete for the excellent service!
I think they did a wonderful job on my wedding ring its my original from 1968 look like when it was given to me by my husband who has passed away thank you Kesslers for a great job
