Both my wife and I had great experiences with Kesslers! We both had to send in our rings, hers to have the engagement and wedding bands put together and mine to get a different size, and both times they were much quicker than expected! They were very friendly and helpful with every visit, and the prices were great!
In February my then boyfriend went in to see how much it would cost to custom make an Art Deco engagement ring. While there Amber from your Appleton location started to sketch what he wanted. She then suggested one of the rings in the store that was a little different from his original vision but I am so thankful she did. Incredible service from this company, they listened to what my budget was and what I wanted for my fiancé. They treated me wonderful and got me the ring made and set in a 5 week span Pretty short notice for what I had). Received it 2 days before I went on vacation to ask the question. Went wonderful and I stopped back in today, my consultant was there and remembered me. My fiancé bought my engagement ring through kesslers and it is amazing! We just bought his wedding ring about a month or so ago and it is customized exactly to how we want it! The customer service has been out of this world and who doesn't love the Andes candy after my ring gets cleaned! :)
Buying an engagement ring can be a very intimidating and stressful experience. Thanks to Kesslers and particularly Ann (at the downtown location), our experience was a very positive one! We went to Kessler's in Appleton. Mark was the associate that assisted us. He was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Kessler's, and Mark specifically, for their high level of customer service and quality.
