Took my wedding ring in to get it resized. The sales associates at drop-off and pick-up were so friendly and the process itself was a breeze. Picked up my ring today and it fits perfectly and they shined it up so it looks brand new! Thanks!
Diamonds feel out of my ring so many times in under a year of purchasing. Not personable, not friendly, not good quality jewelry, deffinatly not good management when had issues.

Twice I’ve gone to Kessler’s and both experiences were phenomenal. I dealt with Kelly both times at the S 76th St location. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service at Kessler’s is above everyone else. They genuinely care about your needs and aren’t just looking to make a sale.
