Wonderful friendly staff! They offer complimentary drinks and comfy booths for a more private showing. Kathy is super sweet and goes above and beyond! The diamonds are brilliant and they offer an unbeatable warranty!

I understand Kesslers is a diamond store, and my husband and I walked in to look for a diamond setting for my alexandrite. The lady told us that they won't set a colored stone, but we could buy a setting we like and take it elsewhere to get the stone set. Didn't even want to give us the time of day. Guess we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
My husband bought my engagement ring from Kesslers. Then we had gone back for our bands. We have NEVER had an issue with Kesslers. The day I went in to have my engagement ring sized I actually met Mr. Kessler! Everyone I have spoken to over the phone or in person have been nothing but helpful and very friendly!
