I went to Kesslers at Rivertown to purchase a necklace for my granddaughter’s 13th birthday. I was greeted immediately upon entering and told who my sales associate would be. Maylena was very professional, courteous and kind! With her help and expertise I made my selection! Kesslers has the most amazing customer service. I have used 2 different locations several times and have never been let down! I love my wedding band and earrings that are now going on 10 years old! I love the warranties and beautiful diamonds. Amanda at the Greenfield location most recently helped me on my visit to get my ring resized and she was super helpful and friendly and still greeted everyone else that walked in while helping me! I recommend Kesslers to everyone I can!
Simply the most amazing place! I went in to have my jewelry previously purchased at the Southridge location cleaned. Ended up leaving with a treat for myself � plus free gifts! Also put a absolutely beautiful barrel necklace on my “wish list” � Thank you so much!
I think there store sucks! I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Walter, and he was not helpful at all! Told me that they don’t except pawned merchandise when it is a brand new never worn diamond necklace! Definitely recommend going somewhere else!!!! And all I wanted to do is down grade it for something smaller!
